Sectional House

The Sectional House had the same constraints as the previous two houses except there was no rule about the number of floors or exterior space. The only rules that remained were 1200 interior square-feet and the ability to accommodate five people. The concept focuses on the offset of each floor to allow different views and lighting in order to connect better with the program. The more public areas are closer to the bottom while the upper-levels are dedicated to a more private and secluded program for the inhabitants. This offset also allows for different caverns and patio opportunities as well as skylights on the different floors.
